Credits and plans

One credit checks one address — and you're never charged for an "unknown". Here's where credits come from and where to get more.

Verifying addresses uses credits. Your Plan page shows how many you have, where they came from and your recent history.

The Plan page: your credits, plan and history

How credits are spent

  • One credit per address that gets a definite answer — safe, invalid or catch-all.
  • An unknown answer is free — never charged, or refunded if it was reserved. A temporary block or a full inbox costs you nothing.
  • In a list, each distinct mailbox is counted once. The same address twice (or j.doe@ and jdoe@ at Gmail) is one credit.

Where credits come from

  • Free credits — 100, once you confirm your email (create your account).
  • A plan — monthly credits that renew on the 1st of each month. They don't roll over.
  • One-time credits — your free credits and any top-ups never expire.

Your Plan page shows your monthly allowance, how much is left this month, and any one-time credits on top.

Getting more

There's no checkout here. Verification comes with your SalesBullet plan — your Plan page links to where to get more.

Note

The prices on the public pricing page are list prices. Nothing is sold inside the app — every button there opens a free account.
