Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
SalesBullet Email Verifier is an email verification service operated by HiperSoft Radenko Zec S.P. Banja Luka ("HiperSoft", "we", "us"). For your account data we're the controller. For the verifications you run, we act on your instructions as your processor.
2. What we process
- Account data — your email address, your password (stored hashed), your plan and credits, and your AppSumo licence if you have one. We take no payments, so we never see card details.
- Your verifications — what you ask us to check and its results (status, reason, the domain's mail servers, and when it was checked).
- Technical data — logs of requests to our website and API (time, IP address, API key used), kept to run and secure the service.
3. What we never process
We never send an email to the addresses you check, and we never receive, read or store email content. To check a mailbox we ask its mail server whether it would accept mail, then stop before anything is sent.
4. Why we use it
To verify the addresses you ask us to, to reuse a fresh result so a re-check is instant, to run your account, and to keep the service secure. We don't sell data, and we don't use your lists for marketing.
5. How long we keep it
The results of your verifications — single checks and lists — are kept in the app for 180 days, then deleted. Account data: while your account is open, then deleted, except what we must keep by law. Logs: a limited time, for security.
6. Who helps us
We use a small number of trusted providers: hosting and storage, sending account emails, and the network providers through which checks reach mail servers. Each gets only what it needs and must protect it.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data. You can delete a list in the app once it has ended; its results stay in the app for up to 180 days, and you can write to us to have them removed sooner. If you're in a list one of our customers checked, contact that customer first — or write to us and we'll help.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to the people who need it, and API keys are stored hashed.
9. Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to sign you in and keep your session secure. No advertising cookies.
