Terms of Service
1. The service
These terms are an agreement between you and HiperSoft Radenko Zec S.P. Banja Luka ("HiperSoft", "we", "us"), which operates SalesBullet Email Verifier. SalesBullet Email Verifier checks whether email addresses can receive mail: their syntax, their domain's mail servers and, where possible, the mailbox itself. We never send an email to the addresses we check. You can use the service on our website or through our API.
2. Your account
You need an account to use the service. Keep your password and API keys safe — you're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to:
- check only addresses you collected lawfully and have a right to use;
- follow the anti-spam and privacy laws that apply to your emails;
- not use the service to harass anyone, to build lists for spam, or to probe systems you don't own;
- not overload, resell or reverse-engineer the service without our written permission.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
4. Credits
One credit checks one address; unknown results don't use a credit. You get free credits when you confirm your email, and an AppSumo lifetime deal adds its tier's credits every month. Monthly credits renew on the 1st and unused ones don't carry over; other credits don't expire while your account is open. Credits can't be transferred. We take no payments on this site: an AppSumo deal is bought on AppSumo, and a SalesBullet plan (verification included) on SalesBullet — each on its own terms.
5. Results
Results reflect what mail servers told us at the time of the check, and mailboxes change. Some servers accept every address or don't answer clearly — we mark those catch-all or unknown rather than guess. We don't guarantee that every result is correct or that your emails will be delivered.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available, but it may sometimes be down for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may change or improve features over time.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Ending your account
You can close your account at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms. When an account is closed, its data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here and tell you about important changes by email.
